Discovery Bay cook for Princess Beatrice

In 2013 Discovery Bay cooked for royalty again, this time for Princess Beatrice at a charity event on Behalf of the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice. Dishes included :

  • Pork Tenderloin – served in a Rich Lightly Spiced Caribbean Rum Sauce with Pan Fried Sweet Potatoes
  • Sunshine Fish Delight – Pan Roasted Fillet of Halibut Sautéed with Onions, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Sweet Peppers and Pimento served with a Plantain Salad and Samphire
  • Ackee with Mushrooms – Jamaican’s National Vegetable Lightly Seasoned with an array of Herbs and Spices served with Worm Creole Cornbread
